Tom Mandula joined The Broe Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and is a member of its executive management team. Mr. Mandula is responsible for the financial oversight and capitalization of all business units affiliated with The Broe Group and is also involved in the areas of corporate strategy, corporate development, and operational excellence. He oversees finance, corporate controls, tax management, information technology, corporate governance, and risk management. Mr. Mandula has a lengthy track record in corporate finance, raising over $1 billion of capital from Wall Street, including publicly traded equity, private equity, debt, and venture capital. He has led the negotiation, closing, and management of over 25 strategic alliances with Fortune 100 companies such as DuPont, BASF, and Disney. He has held CFO and Corporate Development roles with companies in the real estate, technology, hospitality, and retail sectors. Prior to joining The Broe Group, Mr. Mandula was the CFO of Outlast Technologies, Inc., a venture capital backed materials technology licensing firm, the CFO of Thrucomm, Inc., a wireless data services provider, and Vice President Finance for Planet Hollywood International, Inc., where he was instrumental in growing the company from a private equity start-up through an IPO to a publically traded global branding company. Mr. Mandula began his career at KPMG and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. | |
