The Broe Companies has hired a real estate veteran to run its day-to-day operations.
Chris Matthews is joining The Broe Companies as Executive Vice President of

Port of Churchill Closes Shipping Season
OmniTRAX, announced today that it has closed a successful 2003 shipping season
at the Port of Churchill. The Hudson Bay Port Company worked very closely with
the Canadian Wheat Board to ensure that producers received the substantial
benefit of shipping through the Port of Churchill resulting in a much higher
output of those grains this year. The Province of Manitoba also committed substantial
resources toward assisting the Port in achieving the tonnage it did in a relatively

The Broe Companies has acquired the Cascades office building in Greenwood Plaza
for $24 million. This is the first property Broe has purchased in Denver since
stating its goal earlier this year of acquiring $100 million worth of local
properties. The Cascades is a 350,000 square foot Class A suburban building

McKinley Medical, an international supplier of infusion systems and designer

confirmation from LGA, McKinley’s Notified Body, for adding the CE

11, 2003 - University Study of McKinley Accufuser
The University of Florida College of Medicine performed a clinical study to
determine the effectiveness of continuous interscalene brachial plexus block
for postoperative pain control at home. The study concluded that a pump that
provides a basal infusion as well as patient-controlled bolus dosing provides
equivalent or superior analgesia with less medication consumption compared
