Mr. Richter joined The Broe Group as Controller in March 2007 and is a member of its executive management. He is responsible for financial reporting, financial planning, treasury functions, and elements of risk management. Prior to joining The Broe Group, Mr. Richter served 10 years as a CFO for private equity firms and built a company with revenues in excess of $175 million through acquisitions. He also had a 17-year career with Rockwell International (Automation) where he served as Controller for its Systems Integration Division and its $600 million On-Highway Axle business. Mr. Richter holds a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, a Masters of Science from the University of Colorado, and is a Certified Public Accountant. | |
