Kimberley MacMillan is the Vice President of Human Resources for The Broe Group and a member of its executive management team.  Ms. MacMillan joined the affiliate business unit, OmniTRAX, Inc. in 2008 to manage the transportation group’s human resources functions across the US markets.  Ms. MacMillan has over 20 years of professional human resources experience in the banking, consumer products, and industrial gas industries supporting large operating and sales regions within such organizations as Kraft Foods and Praxair.  She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
