| DOUG VAN WYK
Doug Van Wyk is Vice President of Tax for The Broe Group and is responsible for all aspects of tax strategy across all its affiliated businesses as a member of the executive management team. His resposibilities include tax compliance, research, planning and audits. He brings with him over 20 years of tax experience in a variety of tax related roles. Most recently, Mr. Van Wyk was the Tax Attorney & Tax Director of Research, Planning, Audits and Litigation for Level 3 Communications, Inc. headquartered in Broomfield, CO. Prior to this, he was a Tax Manager for Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc. based in Omaha, NE. Mr. Van Wyk graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, IA with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with an emphasis in Finance, Management and Accounting. He then went on to graduate from Creighton University School of Law in Nebraska where he earned his Juris Doctor with an emphasis in taxation. Mr. Van Wyk is an active member of both the Nebraska and Colorado Bar Associations. | |
