Bill Leonard is General Counsel to The Broe Group and also serves as a member of the executive management team. He has been with The Broe Group since 2002 and is responsible for overall management of outside counsel as well as the internal legal staff. Mr. Leonard is responsible for corporate structure, governance and compliance matters, and he provides daily support to all affiliated lines of business and corporate services functions at The Broe Group. He has over 20 years of experience in private practice and as general counsel to private businesses in the energy and real estate industries. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Leonard was a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young & Co. in its tax department. He holds a JD from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver. | |
