Denver, Colorado, August 25, 2004: Broe Real Estate, an affiliate of
The Broe Companies, has announced the appointment of Keith Neff as Vice
President of Leasing and Marketing. Mr. Neff will join Broe on September
1 and will have responsibility for office leasing efforts in Colorado
and throughout North America. He will immediately assume responsibility
for leasing the 1700 Broadway property in downtown Denver, the 50 South
Steele Street property in Cherry Creek, and the Cascades building in
Greenwood Village.
The Broe Companies is an international investment, acquisition, and operations
enterprise based in Denver, Colorado. The company is aggressively seeking
to expand its diverse portfolio and accelerate its rapid growth.
Mr. Neff has been recognized both nationally and in Colorado in Colorado
and nationally as an expert in commercial real estate and one of the
industry’s most prolific producers. In addition, he has received
accolades from the tenant side of the business as a dedicated partner
in client success. Prior to joining Broe Real Estate, he directed leasing
and marketing programs for Lowe Enterprises Colorado, Inc., managing
leasing activities for a $400 million portfolio.

Plaza, Park Central, and Stanford Place 3.
Mr. Neff has been active in numerous real estate related organizations,
and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Aurora Economic Development
Agency, the Downtown Denver Office Council, the Building Owners and Managers
Association (BOMA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office
Parks Association (NAIOP).
