Founded in 1972 … The entrepreneurial process that today is The Broe Group and the affiliated companies under it's management began with the purchase of a single, small home in need of repair. Pat Broe had zero capital, but an innovative strategy of investment enhancement. Today, 32 years later, Broe manages a group of affiliated companies that own and/or operate in excess of $1 billion in assets. Company headquarters are in Denver, Colorado.
